As the parent(s)/guardian(s) of student named above, we understand and agree that:

• Students enrolled on Junior programme must book a airport transfer with us, unless parents/guardian have made arrangements to drop their child off at school or Kingfisher provided accommodation.
• Students will be required travel by bus or to walk to and from their accommodations to School unsupervised each day.
• Students will supply a next-of-kin contact and a 24-hour phone number for Kingfisher Education Group to use in case of an emergency.
• Students should bring sufficient pocket money for the duration of their course.
• Students must attend all classes and are required to contact Kingfisher Education Group by phone or email immediately if they will arrive late.
• Students aged 12-17 years MUST return to their accommodation by 10PM with lights out at 10.30PM.
• Students under 18 are prohibited from purchasing or consuming alcohol and buying cigarettes, in accordance with UK law.
• Students must have a functioning mobile phone and provide Kingfisher Education Group with their contact number.
• Students must not use their mobile phones during class time.
• Students must attend all classes every day and be punctual for all activities and excursions.
• I/We acknowledge that all students attending Kingfisher Education Group camps will be required to stay overnight in London.
• I/We acknowledge that all students will engage in supervised sporting activities, including swimming in indoor swimming pools, throughout their stay.
• I/We recognize that while students will partake in beach activities, swimming in the sea is prohibited during these sessions.
• I confirm that I understand and accept these requirements and that I have explained them to my son/daughter.

I have explained to my son/daughter that failure to adhere to these instructions or any misconduct, whether on school premises or elsewhere, will result in disciplinary action by Kingfisher Education Group, which may include removal from the course. I acknowledge that, should this occur, I will be responsible for arranging my son’s or daughter’s immediate return home at our own expense, and no refunds for the course will be provided.

You will be informed of any cautions, verbal warnings or written warnings prior to expulsion. Please note, that the disciplinary procedure is strictly enforced.

In the event of serious accident or illness, the permission of the parent/guardian is required before emergency medical, surgical or dental treatment can be carried out. We strongly recommend that you give this permission to Kingfisher Education Group in advance to avoid any delay in arranging emergency treatment.

I give my permission to the senior staff of Kingfisher Education to arrange emergency medical, surgical or dental treatment if necessary.

Prior to signing this parental consent form, I confirm that I have reviewed and accept the terms and conditions set forth by Kingfisher Education Group. Please note that information regarding your enrolment, attendance, and progress at this institution may be shared with the Immigration and Nationality Directorate of the Home Office for immigration-related purposes.

I confirm that my child has relevant travel insurance.
