Parental Consent

For all students aged under 18 years of age

As the parent(s)/guardian(s) of student named above, we understand and agree that:
  • Students enrolled on Junior programme must book an airport transfer with Kingfisher Education Group.
  • Students are required travel by bus or to walk to / from School unsupervised each day.
  • Students must attend all classes and are required to contact Kingfisher Education Group by phone should they arrive late or be absent for any reasons. Registers are taken each day.
  • Students aged 12-17 years MUST return to their accommodation by 10PM with lights out at 10.30PM.
  • Students under 18 are prohibited from purchasing alcohol and cigarettes, in accordance with UK law.
  • Students must have a mobile phone and be able to provide us with their contact number.
  • Students must not use their mobile phones during class time.
  • Students must attend and be punctual for all activities and excursions included in their programme.
  • Students must have access to sufficient emergency funds the duration of their course.
  • I/We acknowledge that our child will be staying overnight in a London Hotel.
  • I/We acknowledge that our child will participate in supervised sporting activities with students of a similar age range. This includes swimming in an indoor pool.
  • I/We acknowledge that while students will partake in beach activities, swimming in the sea is prohibited.

Prior to signing this parental consent form, I confirm that I have reviewed and accept the terms and conditions set forth by Kingfisher Education Group and that I have explained them to my son/daughter. Failure to adhere to these instructions or any misconduct, whether on school premises or elsewhere, will result in disciplinary action by Kingfisher Education Group, which may include the removal of my child from the programme. I acknowledge that, should this occur, I will be responsible for arranging and paying for my child’s immediate return home and no refunds for the course will be provided.

Parents will be informed of any cautions, verbal warnings or written warnings prior to expulsion.

Please note that information regarding your enrolment, attendance, and progress at this institution may be shared with the Immigration and Nationality Directorate of the Home Office for immigration-related purposes.

SUPERVISION & FREE TIME(Required)
I give permission for my son/daughter to have unsupervised free time between the end of activities and the time of the evening meal. There may be further free time from dinner until the curfew time on days where activities are not running.
MEDICAL INFORMATION(Required)
I confirm that my child has relevant travel and /or medical insurance. I give my permission to the senior staff of Kingfisher Education to arrange emergency medical, surgical or dental treatment if necessary. For Kingfisher Education Group to provide the appropriate support and help for your child please answer the question below and use the space below to list any pre-diagnosed illness or mental health history or existing medical conditions (allergies and intolerances included) from which your son/daughter suffers.
