Bournemouth camps
Our locations
Kingfisher Education Summer Camps are currently held at two hand-picked locations in Bournemouth. There are several important considerations which parents and agents must consider when choosing the right summer camp for their children/students.
How do I choose?
4 key campus considerations:
Well situated campus
Welcoming international students since 1989
ETC International College is the second largest international School campus in Bournemouth. The school has been welcoming international students of all ages since 1989 and has grown from strength to strength during that time.
The campus is situated in the Westhill area of Bournemouth and is within easy walking distance of both the beaches and the town centre. The Kingfisher residential accommodation is just 12 minutes’ walk from the school campus and camp staff ensure students are walked safely to/from the accommodation to the campus every day.
”Kingfisher Camps - large enough to offer a balanced nationality mix but small enough to care
Campus hub
Supporting adult & junior students
The set-up of the school allows adults and juniors to be taught in different buildings at different times, ensuring students are always surrounded by other students of a similar age. The campus has a large cafeteria, which acts as a hub for meetings and events. The external area, located at the back of the school, acts as a secure meeting area for students to meet and mix during break and lunch times, when the table tennis tables, and other games are always put to good use.
The campus has over 45 classrooms, 2 libraries and a computer room which students can access at all times of the day including before and after class.
The large reception area is packed with experienced staff and the addition of a school residence also helps add to the cosmopolitan feel of the College.
